VA Trainer

We are looking for a Trainer who has experience training virtual assistants for a staffing company or in a BPO industry.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Formulate training outlines;
2. Design and development of the online LMS (Learning Management Systems) via video creation, manuals and workshops;
3. Monitor, record and evaluate the effectiveness of programs;
4. Facilitate weekly training for newly-hired VAs.
