Primary Responsibilities:
- Utilize affiliate platforms such as Pepperjam, ShareASale, Rakuten, etc to manage and grow our affiliate network
- Proactively recruit and negotiate new affiliate and influencer partner relationships
- Create and maintain gifting or flat fee relationships with publishers
- Monitor campaigns, analyze and report on clicks, revenue, AOV, and ROAS
- Create low-commission relationships with coupon sites and ensure influencer codes are not cross-marketed across our coupon partners
- Pitch new products and offers to your network partners weekly
- Report and track commission partnerships sales and progress with new leads, total affiliates, revenue and additional KPIs with weekly check ins and monthly reports
- Support the influencer marketing team with discovery of new leads for social media partnerships
- Support social media influencer gifting
- Social media influencer marketing reporting and tracking

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience of affiliate marketing experience required working with publishers and commission-based partners through online affiliate platforms.
- Self-motivated, but also can work well in a team.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves:
- Additional experience supporting social media influencer marketing through gifting or paid promotions on platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Preferred Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday 9 am - 6 pm PST
