Hiring Part-Time Bookkeeper/Accountant Virtual Assistant – 10-15+ hours per week

Roles:
Administrative Tasks
Timekeeping Management
Researching Document Organization Document Analyzation and reporting
Keeping of Company Books and various Trackers

Qualifications:
Knowledgeable in CRM technology, preferred but not required Experienced with Pipedrive.
Experience in either Zoho Books or Quickbooks or comparable accounting program
Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook, Dropbox and Google Sheets
Must be able to work with minimal direction and a quick learner as you report to the Owner
Must be trustworthy
College Graduate with at least 1-year of bookkeeping/accounting experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
Good work ethic and a team player
Time management skills where being productive earns privileges
Able to multi-task, accountable and meet deadlines

System Requirements:
PC or laptop Stable internet connection of at least 10MBPS
Webcam for training and meetings on Zoom

Background:
Advocate Refunds LLC is looking for a virtual assistant accountant bookkeeper reporting to the Owner. We help families claim money that we identified from government audits that are owed to them. Most of our prospects have gone through rough circumstances and it takes some effort to track them down and convince them that we are calling for genuine reasons. The right candidate will be diligent, well organized, trustworthy and able to assist Owner with keeping metrics and the books.
