We’re pretty busy.
You'll be taking over the day-to-day operations, so I can focus on growing the business.

This is an exciting long-term opportunity for you.

There’s only 1 person above you (me, the owner).
We will eventually grow & hire more, so you have the potential to become the manager, director … maybe even CEO - if you are amazing!

Are you ready?

JOB OVERVIEW

You’ll be responsible for running the store, starting with just a few tasks.

As you learn, you’ll gradually be in charge of most operations.
We’ll train you on everything.

Main Responsibilities:
- Sales
- Customer service
- Order management
- Product management
- Business process, some data entry
- Reporting to me

You’ll answer customer questions over the phone, chat & email.
You’ll give quotes, take & coordinate orders, solve shipping problems, update spreadsheets, etc.

On average, order management takes about 40-70% of your day.

PAY
Based on ability and experience.
Ranging from $400 to $800 and can be negotiated during the hiring process.
There's definitely potential for growth in the future as well, with or without commission system.

REQUIREMENTS
- Honest
- Reliable
- Communicative
- Fluent in English, near-native speaker
- Comfortable w/ basic business math
- Able to learn many kinds of tasks
- Able to think through a situation & take steps to solve the problem
- Organized, able to follow a process
- Pay attention to detaill
- Type 50 WPM

Preferred:
- Customer service experience
- Vietnamese/English speaker
- Shopify experience

ADDITIONAL
*REQUIRED -
Internet: Fast, stable connection that is NOT interrupted.
Work Environment: Be able to answer the phone quickly at any time during business Upgrade to see actual info loud background noise - no coffee shops, children, dogs, roosters, etc.

HOURS
Full-time position (40 hours/week) - Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Central Standard Time.
