JOB OVERVIEW

We are an E-Commerce consulting and support company for the Amazon and Alibaba marketplaces and we help more than 30 clients. We help our customers to progress and widen their market and distribution possibilities to enable them to sell on an international level. We are looking for talented and motivated people who love E-Commerce and who wish to perfect their knowledge and develop a career by joining our warm and very human team which has at heart the satisfaction of their customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Stay updated and informed of the account; its brand and products to be extremely familiar with the brands you are servicing.
- Troubleshoot products, process, refunds by using our email templates.
- Monitor products for issues & ensuring no inactivity of our brands, escalate matters to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, overall ensuring listing outages have minimal downtime before being noticed
- Responding to negative product & seller reviews, and doing what can be done to correct them and repair negative customer experiences
- Manage inbound/outbound calls
- Monitor revenue & keyword ranking of listings, noticing when there are declining sales or ranking and making escalations to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers of possible issues.
- Assist with administrative and brand-specific spreadsheets of metrics & useful data are updated.
- Monitoring actions of competitors and providing suggestions to superiors on how to add revenue to the brand line through improvements or new products
- Amazon Seller Central backend management
- Star Ratings monitoring and management
- Account Health
- Performance Notification
- Voice of the customer
- Inventory (Inactive Out of Stock, Suppressed, Listing reporting)
- Buyer’s Message
- Amazon Frontstore Management
- Doing Phone Support due to business needs
- Amazon Seller Support (Calling for follow-up on appeals)
- Monitoring and Reporting Brand suspensions
- Take special projects from time to time

Primary Skill set:

- Amazon Seller Central account management is REQUIRED
- High attention to detail
- Organized
- Team Player used to collaborating in Projects
- Confident in organizing tasks, timelines
- Exceptional English communication skills
- Excel skills
- Good understanding of profit/loss analysis
- Must be responsive and flexible to take on task as needed
