We’re looking for a proactive Senior Accountant that will lead all accounting and financial planning/reporting for our clients. We have a strong preference for those who have worked in a public company and/or public accounting setting and have a strong familiarity with internal controls, month end close, process, reporting, audits, etc. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting, software systems, and Excel skills. This role is great for someone who has a strong sense of order and consistency. Experience automating accounting, financial analysis, and metric dashboards preferred. We require candidates to have passed CPA certification and 4-8 years of experience.

We’re excited to have you join us! Here are some (but certainly not all) of the responsibilities for this position:

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Observing financial controls and protocols throughout client businesses.
• Coordinating with US colleagues in addition to external tax and accounting partners
• Analyzing financials and creating financial reports to help with strategic decision-making.
• Helping teammates with their work, improve their skills, and generally help each other get better and be better.
• Managing relationships with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, clients, and external partners.
• General accounting functions: including accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue, collections, payroll, expenses, and General Ledger journal entries
• Performing Month End Close processes
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• A passion for accounting processes and accounting software/tools
• Deep experience in Excel
• Highly experienced with QuickBooks, NetSuite, Upgrade to see actual info, or similar financial software
• CPA certification
• 4-8 years experience
