Job Title: Accountant with Netsuite Experience


Accounts Payable:

Obtain all invoices via email, mail, fax and enter into Upgrade to see actual info

Run weekly Accounts Payable check run

Vendor inquiries for vendors who ask for payment

Pay vendors in Upgrade to see actual info or Coastal Software

Request approvals from dept head for AP bills

Book payments in NetSuite and Upgrade to see actual info (online and offline)


Accounts Receivable:

Run weekly Accounts Receivable aging report

Collect from customers past due invoices

Factor: submit inquiries and assignment of accounts

Clean up customers’ Sales Order and Netsuite profile to be consistent on payment Upgrade to see actual infoll for credit cards for Customer Service Upgrade to see actual infoargebacks: review disputes

Book payments in NetSuite to close out invoices (B2B and B2C)

Requirement is to work in night shift on USA hours 7:30am - 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time
Full Time: 40 hours per week
