Our company is looking for full-time Telemarketers.

Premium Service Experts is a SaaS company that offers a comprehensive suite of business tools that takes the guesswork out of vetting internal employees and external contractors. We are looking for individuals with go-getter attitudes and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

This position will primarily be responsible for:
-Learning the ins and outs of the company’s product and services
-Making outbound calls to potential customers to schedule appointments
-Ensuring scheduled appointments are completed with high satisfaction ratings
-Meeting and/or exceeding quotas
-Maintain accurate records of call summaries and lead information
-Report trends in customer inquiries and concerns
-Coordinate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and departments to optimize the sales effort
-Perform other tasks and projects as required

Work from the comfort of your own home, five days a week on 5-hour shifts. You will be required to create weekly reports on your tasks and attend voice meetings with your Premium Service Experts supervisor via Skype. This job will require you to work during US business hours, depending on which state you will be Upgrade to see actual infondidates are required to have the following qualities:
>At least 4 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative for US-based clients;
>Trained American English accent;
>Strong command of the English language;
>Decent typing skills;
>Loves to communicate with people;
>Can work under pressure & knows how to de-escalate high stress situations;
>Reliable Internet Connection, working PC and microphone;
>Quiet personal workspace
>Knows their way around Google Docs Editors Suite;
>Minimum 50mbps internet connection.

Bonus points if you also have:
>Familiarity with Service Titan

Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative is required and you need to have your own equipment. Training will be provided to expand your skill set if Upgrade to see actual infoclude in your resume any additional skills that you believe will be a great asset for the company. This is a long term role with room for career advancement.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
- This role pays a maximum starting salary of PHP 50,000 pesos per month (with a review in 90 days) depending on your experience, payable via PayPal. You will receive commission from sales from clients you scheduled.
- We pay on a bi-monthly basis, on the 10th and the 25th. Work performed from the 1st – 15th will be paid on the 25th. Work performed from the 16th to the last day of the month will be paid on the 10th of the following Upgrade to see actual infomissions will be paid on the 10th of every month.
- We give pay increases based on performance.
- Every month you work, you earn 1 personal leave day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
- You have six paid holidays which follow US national holidays.
