As a Real Estate ISA, you will make first contact with seller leads, provide initial due diligence, and help determine the feasibility of new opportunities. You will also work closely with our Land Specialists to assist on all aspects of a land purchase. The day-to-day functions of this role require that half of your time be spent on the phones with leads and assisting with land purchases, and the other half managing administrative tasks and collecting data. The ideal candidate is one who has excellent communication skills and is a team player.
This is a full time remote position working US hours (typically 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM EST with an hour break) and offers a competitive salary plus bonuses. We are looking to hire driven individuals with an interest in real estate who are looking for a long term position. We offer a supportive environment and the opportunity to grow within the company. We will train the right candidate on all of the necessary skills to carry out this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Making first contact with new leads through phone calls, texts, and
