JOB OVERVIEW

Hi, we are a US-based clinic and we provide Outpatient Occupational Therapy services, and we are looking for a committed and experienced Admin Assistant and Insurance Coordinator that will be a part of our company. As our support, you will be responsible for the following:


- Maintain correspondence with insurance
- Organize doctor referrals into the software
- Respond to therapists and customer emails
- Maintain and update insurance approvals
- Send progress notes to the doctors
- Submit evaluations to the insurance company
- Communicate to therapists/office when additional patient approvals are required
- Maintain patient private pay chart
- Assist with personal administrative needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have an experience being an Admin or Executive assistant for at least 2 years (remote experience is an advantage)
- US-based insurance experience is necessary
- Customer Service experience is an advantage
- Email and phone management experience
- Must have a strong command of English (both oral and written)
- Has Critical Thinking Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Can work under pressure
- Applicants should be familiar with excel, word, and google docs.

You will be working from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Eastern Standard Time

Our rate is $7 per hour or equivalent to $1120 per month and we pay weekly. 7
