• Perform various tasks upon request of clients and troubleshoot and resolve client queries promptly
• Keep track of frequent clients and create a tailored experience based on their needs and assist in reservations and provide support to clients as part of front desk
• Perform other administrative and reception duties
• Process important queries and manage customer expectations in a polite and friendly manner

???? QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 2 years of experience working as a Client Concierge or similar role
• Must have client-facing experience and the ability to interact with different people professionally
• Highly skilled in multitasking and Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Extremely reliable with a strong desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Someone who has a polite and friendly attitude towards clients
