Social Media Manager - SMM

Young and fast growing lead generation agency - Axellerato, is looking for a remote full-time, energetic, yet organized Social Media Manager


At Axellerato, we assist B2B clients in generating more leads and sales using LinkedIn, Email, and SMM. As we continue to develop and gain new clients, we are also expanding our team.


The responsibilities of an Social Media Strategist in our company includes:
-Oversee all the SMM activities of different companies
-Focus on organic growth of all accounts
-Create and optimize profiles on different platforms
-Guide and assist copywriters in creation of the content.
-Create and execute Social Media calendars
-Cooperate with Designer to ensure correct branding and appealing creatives
-Test and analyze new ideas and strategy
-Provide weekly and monthly reports

What we expect from you:
-Proven work experience as a social media manager
-Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness and organic Promotion
-Preferable to have an understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and web traffic metrics
-Adaptability to be able to adapt on different platforms and contents
-Initiative to learn different processes, strategies, ideas and ways to improve results from SMM
-Detail Oriented
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Team Player and is open to suggestions and corrections

What we offer:

-Remote work
-Full Time Cooperation with schedule: Mon-Fri (9:00 AM CET - 6:00PM CET)
-Company Offer:Upgrade to see actual info$ / month (Salary can be discussed based on your experience and amount of work; Bonuses can be added after 3 months of Cooperation)
