Interior Architect / Technican

Mid To Senior Interior Architects / Technicians.

Due to an increased workload are currently looking to collaborate with interior architects / architectural technicians of all levels (junior to senior) for our growing architectural portfolio.

We are a group of architectural technicians working alongside numerous UK & Dubai based interior designers and architects; specialising in high spec residential and commercial projects.

We assist them from Stage A to Stage E of the design and detailed design process. We produce presentation / concept plans based on their brief and build a sketch up model of all projects to confirm final design. Then produce the stage E detailed drawings based on our sketch up model and signed off design. Therefore a high level in Autocad and Sketch Up is essential.

You will be working on a wide variety for high spec residential & commercial projects varying in size and scale. Our workload is varied, so we can offer great experience across a wide variety of projects in UK and middle east.

Duties will involve drafting, checking and providing solutions to technical and construction detailing In evolving tender and construction packages.

The ideal candidate should:
· Minimum diploma in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
· Great organisational and presentation skills and ideally with experience on projects in Dubai.
· Strong interior and joinery detailing abilities.
· Enthusiastic, professional and capable of working on fast paced schemes.
· Proficient level in Auto cad 2014 & Sketch Up & In Design are essential.
· High level in Photoshop and 3D visualisation an advantage.


This is a freelance contract position.
