Web Developer/ Systems Administrator

We're looking for someone who can handle the immediate need of improving performance on our site and continue to update and add features over the longer term. The candidate will ideally be an excellent communicator who is self-sufficient and able to drive objectives themselves.

Responsibilities:
Management of WordPress site (updates, maintenance etc.)
Monitor and maintain performance
Monitor and maintain security
Add additional features/plugins/pages
Required and Desired skills and experience:

Required:
2-4 Years WordPress experience
Demonstrable knowledge in site performance
English proficiency

Desired but not required:
Knowledge of API's
Any E-commerce experience
Experience writing code with PHP
Knowledge of site performance tools (lighthouse etc.)
