Real Estate Research & Data Analyst for Acquisitions - Make 2022 your year!

We are a real estate investment company focusing on vacant land. We are looking for a critical thinker to work with us for long term regular work with potential growth in the company. While I love to work with people who are new to the industry, this role requires extensive experience in real estate and a love for research, and data manipulation. Your work will be

1. Researching various real estate markets for land
2. Analyzing these markets for profitability/etc
3. Obtaining/Sorting/Processing Lead Data for Direct Mail & Text Campaigns
4. Pricing Offers for the land
5. Overseeing Acquisition Strategies

While Real Estate experience is preferred, it is not required.

-We will provide you with videos with how to identify and research markets for viability and a process for obtaining lead data.
- We will provide general training on what the cleaned lead data should look like after processing
- We will provide training on land pricing & analysis
- We will provide platforms to use for this analysis

Responsibilities
-Analyze new markets for target acquisitions
-Analyze property values in above markets and determine acquisition price
-Qualify excel/csv/google sheet data based on property characteristics and ownership
-Process excel/csv/google sheet data to prepare for direct mail & text campaigns
-Summarize your analysis and present to business owner
