Follow up Manager / Lead Manager /Rockstar appointment setter/BPO/Outbound sales

You will be responsible for:
- Reach Out / Respond to Leads using Calls , Text and Emails to get them on the phone.
- Followscript and Sales process
- Schedule appointments for Sales Team
- Updating and managing Follow Ups inside of CRM
- Updating CRM with notes, next actions
- Create a warm hand-off Consistent HOT Lead flow for the Sales Team to connect with.
- Run the numbers on properties to figure out how much we can offer to the homeowner.

We are looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working in a Fast-paced environment and Multiple projects going simultaneously. Each day will be different especially in personal interactions.
- Extremely socially-focused, highly empathetic, warm and helpful.
- Enjoys working with others and quickly able to build and maintain relationships.
- Outgoing and people oriented.
- Persuasive.

MUST be good at:
- Speaks Perfect English with American Accent
- Negotiation
- Understanding Human Psychology
- Understanding sales really good
- Understanding sales processes
- Follow Up

MUST Have:
- Experience in Residential Real Estate Acquisitions (1-2 years)
- Looking to always Learn new sales strategies and absorb new content
- Extra Awesome; Coach-able; Team Player

System/equipment requirements:
- Internet connection of at least 5mbps; w/ back up
- Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
- Backup workstation (preferred)
- Backup internet (pocket WIFI)
- USB noise-canceling headset- USB noise-canceling headset (REQUIRED)
