You’ll be responsible for a diverse, detailed and important assortment of tasks: everything from curation, creation, and implementation to reporting, tracking and scaling all of our website marketing initiatives.

Create a Kartra sales page funnel from templates and content we will provide you
Recreate these results using similar templates and helping to fill similar messaging
Set up a Kartra email marketing campaign and broadcast with message templates and content that we will provide you
Recreate these results using similar templates and helping to fill similar messaging
Test the Kartra website and email functions for optimal usage and client opt in conversion effectiveness
Use the basic graphic design programs such as Canva working from templates to be able to include in the websites, landing pages and email marketing
Create digital one sheet press kit pages to submit to podcast shows, TV shows and stage speaking events
Create graphic design posts from Canva templates to execute posts for social media
Create the social media banners from a Canva mood board of company colors, logos, font and taglines for the following platforms…

Location: VIRTUAL, Work From Anywhere That Has A Solid Internet Connection
Type of Employment: Full-time (some part time opportunities available)
Salary: Paid per project completion - Starting entry level payment for monthly full time (35,724.52 Philippine Peso PHP) after 30 days eligible for monthly pay increase. Bonuses available per individual assessment, opportunities discussed at Upgrade to see actual infopensation paid bi-monthly through Easy Pay.
Time of Day Availability: Many of our team are from all over the world and we juggle many different time zones. For most of the paid projects, there is flexibility with the hours.

There are a few days we ask you to be available for a Team Leader Meeting on USA Mondays / Philippine Tuesdays (typically around 9am Central Standard Time / 8pm Philippines) and occasionally during a Live Online Event on a very small number of occurrences with dates to be determined.
On a case by case basis there may be a department meeting video call on a Monday at 5pm Central Standard Time. The majority of the time of day hours of participation is flexible and email and asana correspondence will take all time zones into consideration when assigning new projects.

Creative Design and Tech Motivated: You love taking raw templates and congruent creative brands and adding your special polish and presentation to stand out above the template crowd. You are great at tech solutions in a timely manner and coming up with ideas to continuously improve your Upgrade to see actual infodependent Self-Starter: You jumpstart and lead with your new ideas and demonstrate you do not need to be micromanaged to get things done. You go the extra mile at work. We work with self-managed people who have a pride and sense of urgency for their work.
