Home Services Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be assisting with projects for our clients (homeowners) and be the main point of contact with vendors to schedule service appointments repairs. You'll have the opportunity to use our proprietary tools to assist homeowners in the U.S. manage their homes and projects. Please note that we are currently hiring daytime 8:00am EST - 5:00pm EST positions for Monday - Friday shift. More hours available upon request, but this is schedule is our core need.

What you’ll do:

- Work alongside the Humming Homes Operations team to support service appointments, maintenance requests, and repairs
- Respond to urgent inquiries from both homeowners and vendors via phone and app within a timely manner
- Communicate daily recaps with the Humming Homes team

What you’ll need:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented in processing and recording information
- Problem-solving skillset
- Project management skills are a plus
