Potential appointment setters should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills since they are working mainly over the phone as the first contact of Upgrade to see actual info is very important that the setters portray a pleasant and professional working ethic on behalf of the employer.

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

*Good knowledge of entering data into CRM (Training will be provided)
*Attention to Detail
*Must be capable of working independently
*At least 1-year BPO experience
