Senior Bookkeeper

Experience/Education:
- 4+ years in a BPO or Work From Home environment
- Experience in Australian Business Accounting/Bookkeeping/Payroll/ BAS
- Accounting Degree qualified or certified Bookkeeper

Key Tasks:
This role will be predominantly looking after the internal finances of the business under the supervision of our Finance Assistant. There is opportunity to assist with other internal projects and possibly with external clients with our Business Solutions division. Duties of this role will include:

- Bank and credit card Reconciliations across multiple companies
- General Ledger Maintenance/Bookkeeping
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Accounts Payable/Receivable management
- Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts
- Processing up to Trial Balance stage
- Preparing Business Activity statements
- Follow-up clients directly for receipts and general queries
- Assist with reporting
- Processing payroll
- Assist with administrative tasks

Software:
- Xero experience of 2+ years - certified
- Dext experience
- MS Office 365 suite and MS Teams
- Other software experience such as use of Simpro, Aroflo, Deputy, Divipay, Hubdocs or Dear is an advantage
