JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a motivated customer service representative to join our growing property management company. Evening and weekend availability is required. PART time and FULL time positions available.
Responsibilities:
• Answer telephone, e-mail and chat inquiries from current & potential customers looking for storage space
• Process payments, rent (sell) storage space, and handle general customer service calls
• Make follow-up calls to potential customers
• Communicate and work effectively with other departments
Requirements:
• Prior customer service experience
• Comfortable with email and familiar with MS office.
• Attention to detail, problem solving and follow-up skills
• Strong communication skills
