Purchasing Assistant / Pricing Analyzer for an Amazon Wholesale E-Commerce Business

We are a fast growing 3rd Party Amazon Seller looking to add to our team of Virtual Assistants. We offer competitive pay and don't like to micromanage our employees. This position offers a great potential for growth for the right person.

We are looking for hard working, dedicated persons with a strong attention to detail and who have no problem handling large swaths of data.

Please note: You MUST have experience working in the field for another Amazon Wholesale seller doing a similar task before. Huge plus if you've worked in the Grocery or Health and Beauty Niche on Amazon.

Our business model is to purchase brand name goods (generally cosmetics, health and beauty and grocery products). We source these products from vendors and are usually given large price lists. Your task will be to analyze these price lists using our criteria and determine which ones are profitable and suitable for us to sell on Amazon. You will be provided the tools and software you need to perform this work.

We are a business that rewards productivity and talent, and we regularly offer employees bonuses for hitting goals and milestones. You will also be trained pretty intensively for the first 90 days of employment almost guaranteeing your success if you put the necessary effort in.

Requirements:

-Experience (1 year MINIMUM) working with another 3rd Party Amazon Seller performing the same or similar duties.
-Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
- Proficiency with Amazon Sellers Software (Keepa, Helium10, JungleScout, AsinZen, SKUVault, etc.)
- Ability to analyze raw data and review price lists quickly and effectively.
-Ability to communicate and speak effectively in English.
-Maintain regular contact and communication with our Purchasing Director based in the US.
-Do research into non-profitable products and dUpgrade to see actual info the prices needed to hit our criteria.

The following are HUGE PLUS' and will dramatically increase your chance of joining our team:

-2+ Years Experience purchasing these products and reviewing price lists in these categories (Grocery and Health and Beauty)
-Ability to analyze data in Excel/Google Sheets using Macros and vLookUp.
-Experience with SKUVault/SellerCloud.
