Our company is looking for a full-time Admin Assistant.

Premium Service Experts is a SaaS company that offers a comprehensive suite of business tools that take the guesswork out of vetting internal employees and external contractors. Our systems ensure a business’s hires bring security and quality of work expected from the position they are hired for.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual able to follow instructions to the letter and work with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment.

The admin assistant will primarily be responsible for:
- Completing routine marketing tasks
- Doing research work on various topics
- Creating reports on completed research
- Providing support for other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers when needed
- Performing tasks assigned by supervisor

Work from the comfort of your own home on a flexible schedule. You will be required to clock in forty (40) hours of work per week and create reports on your tasks. There will also be weekly voice meetings with Premium Service Experts staff members via Skype.

Candidates are required to have the following qualities:
> At least 1 year of experience as a virtual or administrative assistant
> Good research skills
> Great communicator in writing
> 100% written English fluency
> Not easily offended, go-getter attitude
> Quickly picks up on how to use work software
> Exceptional teamwork skills
> Detail-oriented and meticulous
> Good organization skills and has no problems multitasking
> Great time management skills and capable of adhering to strict deadlines
> Knows their way around Google Docs Editors Suite

Bonus points if you also have:
> Past experience in online work
> Past experience using online tools

Prior experience as a virtual or admin assistant is required. Training will be provided to expand your skill set if Upgrade to see actual infoclude in your resume any additional skills that you believe will be a great asset for the company. This is a long term role with room for advancement.

ABOUT COMPENSATION:
- This role pays a maximum starting salary of PHP 22,000 pesos per month (with a review in 90 days) depending on your experience, payable via PayPal.
- We pay on a bi-monthly basis, on the 10th and the 25th. Work performed from the 1st - 15th will be paid on the 25th. Work performed from the 16th to the last day of the month will be paid on the 10th of the following month.
- We give pay increases based on performance.
- Every month you work, you earn 1 personal day which can be used as sick days or vacation days (12 Days per Year)
- These are the paid holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Independence Day, All Saints Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve (7 Days)
