02. Virtual Assistant (influencer experience a must!)

Hi there. We are a digital marketing agency that runs influencer campaigns and help start ups with growth.

This is a personal assistant position will require top level email and communication skills with the ability to see how to move the ball forward with the systems in place.

Please take note that we are looking to hire someone who is an expert in the following:
- Email communications and research
- Excellent written english
- Facebook Ads
- Google Adwords
- Instagram
- Youtube Ads

Responsibilities:
- Contract confirmation
- Out reach to new influencers
- Out reach to old clients and new brands
- Social media management
- Scheduling meetings and social media posts
- Initiating contact with accounting department and organizing documents
