Virtual Assistant/Marketing & Design

Love Marketing & Entrepreneurship? We are searching for a full-time experienced virtual marketing assistant, who can bring their talents and creative flair.

You will be working closely with Jaime-Lee (Founder & CEO) helping with her programs and events. From designing and implementing material for online launches to social media support.

The type of work you will be performing?

Implementing marketing funnels, email campaigns using active campaign
Designing marketing material - such as lead magnets and training resources
Creating presentations for live events and webinars
Social media engagement and monthly marketing plan
Market research
Blog posting and publishing
Track results and outcomes

Who are we looking for?

A reliable and outstanding marketing professional who can work autonomously and produce measurable outcomes in line with our brand and vision. You will have a love for marketing, design and delivering with precision.

You will:

Have efficient computing equipment and strong internet resource
Be confident and have experience in marketing with entrepreneurs
Use adobe suite or similar to perform design outcomes
Knowledgeable in microsoft office, word, excel and powerpoint
Google - Gmail, Drive and Forms
Have attention to detail and understand marketing concepts
Can deliver results with straight forward guidance
You are proactive and bring a fun positive attitude each day
