Senior Digital Paid Media Specialist - HOURLY RATE Position

We are a boutique digital marketing agency based in Australia focused on real customers and real Upgrade to see actual info include Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, SEO and more. As a boutique digital agency, we are looking to scale and grow, having fast become a Google Partner within the first three months of operating.

As part of the growth phase, we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to assist in:

Campaign Builds - Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook & Instagram Builds
Ongoing Campaign Optimisation & Reporting - Google Ads, Google Shopping, Facebook & Instagram Builds
Assist with Google Analytics 4 migration - migrate conversions from clients UA to new GA4 accounts - a specific project within the next 10-12 months

Assist with building out service model for optimal client management and service.

This is an ample opportunity for someone who wants to get in and help me build a service team off-shore long-term, so you aren’t just an employee but will play a critical role in building out the service arm for our agency.

Key/Must Have Skills and Attributes

5-10 years of digital marketing experience essential
Strong record in project management
Highly skilled/advanced in Google Ads, Google Shopping & Facebook Ads - certified in both
Highly skilled/advanced in Google Analytics UA and Google Analytics 4 - good if they’ve done courses
Solid understanding of ASANA
Solid understanding of G Suite (Gmail, Google Sheets etc.)
