Python / PHP DEVELOPER (ERP or CRM Development experience)


We are seeking a CRM or ERP Developer; you will be part of a dev team that is configuring and developing the CRM & ERP of our in-house system. Your role will span all aspects of the software development & lifecycle and it will include working as part of the development team alongside our business, and user experience teams. This is a highly collaborative environment where every individual’s input is maximized.


SALARY PACKAGE

- $700 - $800 USD / month (subjected for increase upon regularization)
- Holiday Pay
- Over time Pay
- WEEKLY PAY THRU TransferWise


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 3+ years developer experience in Python & PHP
• Experience in Developing and Implementation of Business Application(s)
(i.e. inventory, crm, erp )
• Experience in delivering Business Intelligence Reports
(i.e. stats, Upgrade to see actual infotrics)
• Amendable to work remotely from 8am to 5pm CALIFORNIA TIME
• Solid Database Skills and Implementation of Stored Procedures
• Experience in Vue 3.x and Responsive UX Design
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in SQL and database concepts
• Solid organizational skills
• Creative and effective problem solver
• Amendable to work with Time Doctor/ Tracker Application

JOB SCOPES

• Work as part of our dev. team to design, implement and test integration features for our inhouse ERP & CRM system
• Understand and evaluate business requirements in the context of our overall ERP AND CRM system solutions
• Develop overall solution design options and recommendations, considering pros and cons
• Participate in design, function, features review meetings and at times give the evaluation of technical requirements and options
• Write comprehensive design specifications (functional specifications, solution design document, technical design document)
• Stay abreast of the current and future CRM ERP feature set relevant to our organization, in addition to general industry IT trends, and offer suggestions for team to adopt forward thinking features and technology
