JOB OVERVIEW

We are a USA business called Arts and Budgets- We help bloggers and entrepreneurs turn their side hustles into profitable businesses. We also help bloggers learn how to start, grow and monetize a blog. 

We are currently looking for a freelance virtual position for 10 to 20 hours per week.

Requirements:
You must have ALL of the following qualifications to apply.

1. Excellent verbal English speaking and writing skills.
2. Access to high-speed internet, laptop, and a quiet and dedicated workspace.
3. Previous Virtual Assistant experience ( At least 2 years)
4. Willing and open to learning new things in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge about and know how to use tools such as Canva, Upgrade to see actual info, ConvertKit ( or other email marketing providers), and social media.
6. Excellent time management skills and can meet deadlines
7. Very knowledgeable about Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok.
8. A personal Facebook page in great standing. 
8. Basic knowledge of tech such as email providers Canva, etc.
9. Past work experience with other online coaches is a huge plus!


This is a freelance position that will be 10 to 20 hours per week.



The position will start ASAP. The interview will conduct via ZOOM starting next week. The person selected will be on a 30-day trial period as part-time. After 30 days, if it's a good fit for both we will bring you on officially for one year contract.

1. Convertkit - email autoresponder, set up broadcasts and set up email sequences.
2. Zoom- Set up meetings
3. Canva- Graphic designs, update worksheet using existing templates
4. Facebook Group- Private Facebook group management such as responding to comments, adding new members to the group, schedule weekly engagement threads)

5. Google Drive - organize folders, update google sheets, create excel documents
6. Social media - basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Pinterest
7. Teachable- Online course platform.
8. Wordpress- format blog posts SEO- keyword research, on-page SEO
9. Ahrefs- Conducting Keyword research
