JOB OVERVIEW

WHO ARE WE: We are a well-established company in operation for 33 years. Our customer base is in the province of Ontario, Canada. We service mostly Early Child Education facilities such as Daycare Centres, Kindergarten Centres, and Schools. We are a major distributor in our niche of Arts & Crafts, Educational Toys and Daycare furnishings. Thanks to the advancements in Internet Technologies we are currently rapidly expanding and growing.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR: We are looking for a long-term rockstar customer service/marketing calls manager full-time (9:00 am EST to 5:00 pm EST Monday to Friday) starting at $4 USD per hour. You will not be doing any cold calls. All calls are made to our pre-existing customer base in our database who already purchased from us before. We will increase pay with experience and good performance. Our main value is trust and chemistry between us. If you treat us well we will treat you well. We are not looking for someone to be with us for months, we are looking for someone to be with us for years, grow with us and make it their career. There are lots of opportunities for expansions and lots of possibilities for you to grow with us.

WHO YOU ARE: We need someone who is relentless and can make upwards of 100 calls of the same nature on daily basis. You are a team player who can work well and be trusted without too much supervision, working independently. You are a go-getter that is willing to learn new things. You have a great internet connection that has over 95% up-time. You have amazing American English skills, written and oral, and can handle customer phone calls, requests and think quickly on your feet. You are available to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM US EST.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Your most important duty and responsibility will be contacting our existing customers reminding them of our Company, our services and seeing if they are ready to place orders at this time. This job will require you to be on the phone most of the day as well as performing other types of customer communications and interactions (such as email)

Besides your main task, you will also be responsible for the following:

• Answering incoming calls from customers

• Resolving customer inquiries/requests

• Developing and maintaining accurate files using our CRM software (ZOHO)

• Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

• Utilize various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing

• Provide service to our customers in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service/phone calls/email communications

• Excellent English communication in oral and written skills is a must

• Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and solve problems

• Attention to detail ability is a must

• Persistent and never give up attitude

• Positive mindset, sense of ownership, and pride in your work and its impact on the Company's success

• Long-term commitment availability
