As a Client Service Officer/Team Assistant, you will work closely with our professional accounting staff to help them deliver to their client group. The role is fast-paced, and busy, and will see you performing a range of support tasks.
Key duties will include - preparing client reporting packs, the client set up and processing name/address changes, assisting with preparing tax lodgments and annual company statements; and liaising regularly with clients and ATO/ASIC via e-mail and telephone.

You are a Finance/Tax graduate or have at least 12 months of previous experience working in administrative support or customer-facing role, and are looking for a new challenging opportunity.

You will also have:
ATO/ASIC experience
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
An ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions to problems
Well-developed time management skills with the ability to cope under the pressure of deadlines
A positive attitude with the ability to work as part of a small team
Commitment to helping the team exceed our clients' expectations
