ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Customer Master Data Analyst is responsible for working with clients to clean and validate their customer
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Identify data cleansing issues and develop a plan with the data management team business to clean the data
-Perform data deduplication, research, and identify the correct customer records
-Partner with the Salesforce administration team to upload corrected records and delete incorrect records
-Create reports with the list of records that need the customer to review and recommend the correct attributes
-Develop stack rank or Pareto reports for the most frequently identified issues
-Identify data standardization opportunities at KDP and develop plans to present and implement plans for new data standards
-Documents the recommended set up and maintenance of the customer records
-Identifies and categorizes active, inactive, and discontinued records and responsible for updating records
-Other adhoc task as needed by the role
REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, quality, and strong organizational skills
-Experience with customer record cleanup and maintenance
-Understanding of a customer master structure and related records
-Experience with a variety of audit techniques to check data integrity
-Ability to work with Business Data providers to communicate recommendations to remediate data integrity issues
-Strong problem-solving skills, analysis both quantitative and qualitative
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet challenging deadlines
-Strong computer skills, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Access or other Database tools
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
-Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
-Experience in a data related organization is preferred
-Experience with customer master data in a data warehouse or is preferred
-Experience with Salesforce customer data is preferred
Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
-Willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
-Currently residing in the Philippines
-Willing to work in US Pacific timezone (11pm to 8am Philippine time, if DST)
