Bilingual Vietnamese Customer Service Rep

Hi! We are looking for a Virtual Assistant that it is bilingual in Vietnamese and can help us to service our customer in Home and Auto insurance!

You will be working remotely with the management team!

Job Summary

Here are some of our qualifications:
Bilingual - Speak in Vietnamese or Cantonese - Both will be PLUS
Assistance with policy service
Responsible for quoting home and auto insurance
Managing the data from the CRM system.
Review renewal of policies and make policy kdajxyc.
Gesurance knowledge on quoting platforms and coverages is required.

Requirements:
1. Able to clearly speak and read English
2. Able to work as pacific time from 9 am to 5 pm. Vietnam time zone:
3. Strong internet connection
4. Has backup equipment in case of a power outage
5. Working experience in the financial industry preferred
6. AGAIN! Bilingual !! Speak in Vietnamese or Cantonese - Both will be PLUS
