A skilled designer should have a keen eye for detail and be able to create designs for a variety of printed mediums - Ex. dye sublimation, Screen Print, DTG print, DTF print.

- Well-spoken English both verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new design software and techniques.

Please title the subject line of your application with "(Full Name) / Production Design Applicant" to be considered for the role.

Please allow me to clarify what we can offer. Below is some background Info for the opportunity we can provide you:
- Grading (1) product style in 10 sizes takes around 15-20 minutes for a simple design and up to 2 hours for a more complicated design.
- 90% of the grading projects we do will include (3) product styles in 10 sizes for each product style.
- The average time over 100's of projects we estimate to be around 30-45 minutes for each product style. I always prefer to build in a buffer of around 50% then we can always revisit it once you have done 100 or so projects after a few months time. So with the facts I have I am assuming it will take between 45-60 minutes to grade each product style. Obviously every project will very slightly, but this is what it will more than likely average out to be.
- We are looking for the best candidate who is willing to take this work on at a flat project-based price. We are able to pay a fixed fee of $3 per product style in 10 sizes regardless of the complexity of the design.
- That means that the average Project you get will be for (3) product styles in 10 sizes each and will take you an average of around 1.5-3 hours of time and you will earn $9 for the Completed Project.
- To successfully complete that project, you must have the project approved by our Design Lead who will be Quality Controlling your work and approving your work.
- please note, that if our Design Lead determines that the grading project you completed has errors, they will send it back to you to fix before the project is approved for the flat rate payment. You will be provided with the exact quality control checklist so you know what is being checked and can check your own work to avoid having to make edits after submittal. On average our design lead is not catching more then 1-2 errors a week and they are typically very small, easy fixes.
- It is expected that you will be available for up to 1 Projects (1.5-3 hours of work) every day. Some days we may be able to send you 3 Projects and others we may not have any projects for you. We will do our best to provide consistent work!
- If you perform well, this job may lead to a full time role at the company!
