Appointment Setter - ISA - Lead Generation

In this position you would be working for a fast growing software company. We are currently in need of virtual assistants to support our marketing and sales operations.

This could be a part time or full time position and we are looking for someone interested in building a long term career vs. a short term project.

Responsibilities:

- Cold outreach to potential prospects via Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin (we use software to help automate this)
- Manage cold email campaigns (we use a variety of software programs to help automate this)
- Manage our facebook group (post daily content, engage in conversations, welcome new members)
- Promote our facebook groups (reach out to people via email, linkedin, and facebook messenger and ask them to join)
- Promote blog posts on social media

* The end goal with all of your daily activities is to get people to either sign up for a free trial of our software or schedule a demo.

Additional Tasks:
- Provide customer support via live chat
- You'll handle live chat inquiries from people interested in purchasing our software as well as users who are experiencing problems and need assistance

Requirements:
- Ability to start within 2 weeks
- Excellent English communication skills (writing and speaking)
- You mush have a love for social media, marketing, and technology
- Marketing and/or customer service experience
- An outgoing, friendly personality
- You must love helping others succeed

- You're not tech savvy or comfortable on social media
- You're just looking for a side project
- You don't like learning new things
