Chargeflow is an early-stage funded startup, founded by experts in the fintech and eCommerce industry. We are on a mission to automate the process of credit card disputes (chargebacks), for merchants by using technology and AI whilst providing in-depth analytics and offering a game-changing Upgrade to see actual info the position you will play a key role in our sales team:

**What You Would Do**

- The main focus is on LEAD GENERATION.
- Generate high value, well-qualified potential client list from cold prospecting thru EMAIL (not phone).
- Strategize with Account Executives to prospect into strategic target accounts
- Conduct outreach on ideal customer personas through discovery email campaigns
- Schedule meetings and perform a demo with relevant prospects
- Manage, and grow a pipeline of interested prospects across your respective territories.
- Engage with merchants directly on-demand via Email (85%), Live Chat and Phone meetings


**What You Should Have**

- BA/BS or equivalent
- Native English with excellent written & verbal communication skills (A-Must)
- Outreach softwares experience like Apollo & Sales Navigator
- 2+ years sales or related fraud/chargebacks related experience - big advantage
- A track record of top performance
- A desire to grow and advance a career in sales
- An intrinsic motivation to continually improve yourself through learning
- A passion to be surrounded by high energy people striving to make a real difference
- Experience working in a startup - big advantage
-Experience in eCommerce/Shopify world is even a bigger advantage.


You will be responsible for outreach and overseeing the pipeline of interested and new prospects engaging directly and providing real-time sales while solving the problems they might arise in order to switch or work together. Provide guidance to questions on the chargeback process and our approach to solving the problem.
