Sourcing Recruiter & General VA (Note: You must have experience sourcing candidates on LinkedIn)

My name is Oskar Korszen and I own a company called Meenz IT (Upgrade to see actual info). We are a leading recruitment agency for the Blockchain industry. We specialize in Engineering and Marketing Roles.

We are looking for someone to help us find great candidates. Primarily sourcing candidates through LinkedIn. You will work directly with one of our recruiters. • You’ll be tasked with supporting our recruitment consultant and partnering with our remote existing team. You’ll also:
• Source top talent as per role given
• Do administrative works related to candidate sourcing i.e., database building, building a network of candidates in LinkedIn
• Other minimal tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in remote recruiting
• Experience in LinkedIn Sourcing
• Degreed or equivalent work experience
• Technical Savvy- Reliable Computer (with camera) and Readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
• Internet connections (20mbps plan or higher with 10mbps running speed)
