1) Ability to Plan and Deploy Automations, Workflows across CRMS (Mainly Monday and GHL)
2) Run Onboardings on GHL for new clients
3) Create compelling, intuitive dashboards and periodic reports with a focus on automation and actionable insights
4) Provide technical expertise in data management within CRM and marketing platforms to ensure efficient execution of marketing campaigns
PREFERRED - Bachelor's degree (ideally in a quantitative field like Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics) with coding ability.
Profile
The ideal candidate would have two years of experience executing customer campaigns across direct communications channels with a strong understanding of the customer life cycle.
Experience in helping to deliver customer-led, personalized communications
Ability to help execute complex customer campaigns across multiple channels
Experience working in a CRM function
