Job Description
• Build and maintain a HRM system including an ATS
• Create and post job descriptions and job adverts
• Headhunt and scout top talent for our required job openings
• Shortlisting candidates based on consistent methods and/or a scoring system
• Signing job contract/NDA with new hires
• Create relevant interview questions & skills-based tests to help determine the best candidates for the job
• 1st Interviews - help screen candidates with recommendations to management of the best candidates and schedule interviews with management
• Checking references and confirming qualifications of top candidates
• Onboarding and offboarding
• Maintenance of job requirements, core competencies and KPIs of all positions
• Monitoring activity and performance management
• Addressing any performance issues
• Maintaining employee payment schedules
• Maintain employee handbook
• Gathering, organizing, and distributing training material
• Other HR & business admin as required

Understanding the requirements for each role from a business perspective.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• 3 years of prior experience in business admin, HR, recruitment, onboarding, termination, sourcing & screening
• Passion for recruitment and human resources
• Excellent people and time management skills
• Open to direction and collaborative work style and a commitment to completion of work to high standards
• Ability to stay highly organized with a good eye for detail
• Clean tidy, good presentation for web meetings/interviews with potential staff
• The ability to maintain strict confidentiality as required
• Excellent written and spoken English
• An outgoing and friendly disposition
• A reliable work environment with a reliable computer, microphone and speakers, fast reliable internet & power

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS
• Participative management type — advocates team concept
• Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities. Tactful, mature.
• Ability to establish credibility and be decisive — but able to recognize and support the organization's preferences and priorities
• Awesome communication skills – written, verbal and non-verbal plus the ability to instruct others
• Results-oriented with the ability to balance various factors
• Great interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Recruitment at various levels and for a variety of technical and non-technical roles
• Human Resource Management Experience
• Office & Admin (Virtual Assistant) Experience

This is a remote work position, with a negotiable salary for the best applicants. 13th Month payable on a pro-rata basis for months worked in the year. If you have other skills and experience let us know. That experience may be 100% perfect for one or more of our internal projects.
