Amazon Account Assistant

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Opening and handling Amazon cases
Fix Amazon listing issues.
Uploading of completed content to Amazon or 3P software via flat files
Reviewing key data points weekly to develop action items for the week
Identify, Discuss and Resolve Client concerns/Issues related to Account
Buildout, format and upload large data sets
Report building, analyzing, and presenting
Review, analyze, trends and marketplace movement
Develop new marketing strategies & launch plans
Requirements/Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong grammar skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and general PC operations
Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
Strong general research skills
Ability to quickly navigate the internet
Knowledge of retail and/or e-commerce
Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
Ability to self start and actively learn on own
