Executive Sales Manager
Timezone: Pacific Standard Time
Position: Full-time, Remote

Our growing team is looking for one "Executive Sales Manager" to help grow and maintain our sales department in our online education platform.

You'll be working with our knowledgeable team of other leaders to help put the pieces of our sales plans together.

We're HelloLesson, the world's most-trusted source for international skateboarding and bartending lessons- amongst others. We've been featured on Yahoo, Bloomberg, Fox Business, Upgrade to see actual info, and dozens of newspapers worldwide.

We're a debt-free, self-funded company that is growing each year (especially during the pandemic), and we need new teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who are looking for a long-term career to help us keep up.

The ideal candidate will be given leads responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of sources. Once leads are identified, this candidate will reach out and meet with the business' decision makers to better understand their business needs and how our product could help them.

Responsibilities
Identify and implement new sales systems
Help discover new customers through lead generation, trade shows, follow-up, and cold calling
Identify the correct decision-makers within a given business
Tracking all agent information and conversations into CRM system
Recruitment of sales agents
Management of sales team
Leading our sales team calls

Qualifications
No College or University experience required
2+ years' experience in Sales Management
