JOB OVERVIEW

Your main role will be to help Customer Support triage requests and identify software bugs through examination of logs, customer engagement, software testing and occasional source code exploration.

You might be tasked with writing unit tests for parts of our code and fixing small issues if time allows, but this will not be your main job.

You will be trained in our application use and architecture.

* Software troubleshooting skills
* Very good English communication skills
* Positive attitude towards customers and the problems they are facing
* Familiarity with Windows and OS X
* Basic knowledge of C++ (at least 1 year) expected
* Basic understanding of unit tests expected
* Experience writing unit tests in C++ useful
* Experience with Premiere Pro, Davinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro X useful
* Understanding of SDK and plugin concepts useful
