We are looking for an Account Manager/ Business Development Manager to be part of the Power Team. As a subset of the Customer Success Team, the Power Team handles corporate accounts and users who make high-volume purchases. These users often require VIP assistance and have unique requests.


The Account Manager/ Business Development Manager will have an expert knowledge of the ins and outs of the app and how the Fluz business works. They will leverage their account management and sales skills to build relationships with our Enterprise accounts and drive gift card sales. They are process and data oriented, with a natural affinity for operations. They will work cross-functionally with other departments.

You will be responsible for:
- Identifying potential Power users based on criteria that you will be a part of setting and identifying new revenue opportunities
- Working closely with our largest Power users to understand their business needs and operations and paint the possible with Fluz
- Build a relationship, be the main point person and maintain high levels of engagement across a broad group of Power users, with an emphasis on driving sales by customizing solutions for Power users
- Ensuring a smooth and successful transition from general user to Power user, and facilitating their smooth transition into the Enterprise portal
- Contribute to the library of customer success assets (customer references, case studies) and thought leadership

The ideal candidate:
Is a college graduate
Has experience in operations, account management, or business development
Is proficient in MS Office/ Google suite preferable in Excel or google sheets
Has a positive and go-getter attitude to find out and learn what is needed to get the job done

Job Details:
+ This is a full time job. Work hours: Night Upgrade to see actual info Hours, 5 day work week.
+ Schedule may adjust depending on requirement
+ This is a remote position. Applicants may be anywhere in the Philippines.
+ Candidates must have reliable internet connection, have their own laptop/desktop, and headset
