Appointment Setter/Marketer/Email Marketer for Mortgage Lender

"This is a Full Time Monday- Friday position in which an average week will look like the following:

Monday-- 100 outbound calls to real estate agents offering our services and setting up appointments for a top producing loan officer.

Tuesday- 60 outbound calls to our existing "in process" database which includes current clients, agents in process, and title companies. Giving them updates on all their files, working closely with my operations team to make sure everybody is informed.

Wednesday- List Building taught by us on expanding marketing list of real estate agents. Scrubbing database of agents on list and building recruiting lists of other Loan Officers in the Area.

Thursday- 50-100 outbound Calls to Loan Officers in the community to see if they are happy and interested in joining our team, all referrals sent to Manager for follow up. Continued List Building

Friday--Weekend email blasts and 50-100 outbound follow up calls to possible interested referrals during the week. Design flyers and continued list building and scrubbing. Classified Ad building and Zillow review data input."
