Marketing & Analytics Manager

Progressive Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinic based in Melbourne, St Kilda.

You will be joining an energetic team helping us virtually with data, operations and forecasting and clients communication.
This is a varied role and requires multiple project management and initiatives on the go.

Job Brief includes:
Exceptional English and adaption to convey our clinic tone in all marketing and ads is a must!
Woo-commerce optimising and monthly reporting on sales
Targeted EDM sales for services held in house and online sales
CRM marketing
Monthly KPI and sales reporting across in-house and online sales
SEO of Wordpress site
Integration of automated EDM campaigns through our client software system Cliniko / online sales / sales funnel enquires and segmentation and implementing these campaigns.
Create copy for SEO, email sales and campaigns
Reach out to PR opportunities on behalf of the Director to gain podcast interviews, media exposure, article exposure
Create sales funnels and lead pages for marketing campaigns and sales
Report on monthly sales, KPI's and analytics of sales projections and targets
Use of promotion on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Spotify, Facebook and Upgrade to see actual info accounts for the business
Develop new sales areas and improving sales through various methods
Research the latest in the business industry and creating new opportunities to expand business
Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive
Repurposing video content to other platforms and reusing the audio from the video for audio platforms

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, information technology or a similar area
Three to five years of proven experience in business or a related area
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in order to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
Technical skills required to find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
Exceptional understanding of woo commerce, wordpress, mail chimp
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Be proactive, organized and handle work under stressful and uncertain environments
Years of Experience working in AEST Time

Half of your work will be expected during AEST time, the rest of the role is flexible with project deadlines and deliverables.
