Amazon VA + Social Media Virtual Assistant

We are a high-growth US-based ecommerce company with a portfolio of brands - looking for a social media and Amazon VA to join our growing and super creative team.

*EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERRED. JOB TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED*

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1/ AMAZON:
- Amazon customer support via email or Amazon’s Buyer Messages portal
- Monitor inventory levels of products and alert when low
- Monitor status of amazon products (active, inactive, out-of-stock, etc)
- Amazon Posts (similar to Instagram)
- PPC

2/ SOCIAL MEDIA & INFLUENCER MARKETING:
- Manage different social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Tiktok.
- Schedule posts/stories and engage with the audience on Instagram, Facebook Group
- Research and identify up & coming influencers in different niches; and analyze their engagement and audience metrics

3/ COPYWRITING (optional)
- Infographic text
- Instagram caption, hashtags
- Sales offer/Ad copy

REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication and writing skill is a must. Fluent in English
- Comfortable communicating with USA based customers through multiple platforms
- Hardworking and dedicated
- Some prior social media experience
- Great if you have some creative skills e.g. Canva, video editing, photoshop
