Responsibilities:
· Maximized business potential from existing clients and doing research for new clients.
· Identify new business opportunities from IT clients in the all over US Market
· Responsible for generating, maintaining and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.
· Excellent knowledge of recruiting and sourcing, preliminary interviewing, reference checking, salary/Rate negotiations etc.
· Handling and Building client relationships & facilitating contract / permanent staffing business from client from development to payment procurement
· Develop and manage full sales lifecycle from lead generation, proposal presentation to closing clients and further farming the account
· Act as the primary interface between the company and the customer on all matters including account performance, delivery, billing and negotiation of contract agreements
· Provide employee development and counselling assistance to employees /tea
· Able to handle daily activities which include client handling, escalations, deliveries and team management
· Continuous improvement of customer relationship management
Desired Skills & Experience
· Excellent understanding of IT Recruiting and Staffing business in USA with existing client relationships
· Prior experience of working in offshore outsourcing preferred
