Market Research Team Leader I Business Intelligence

We are looking for a methodical Business Intelligence / Market Research Team Leader to manage a team of Account target Researchers that support the sales department. The successful applicant will be able to analyse autonomously, qualitative data strategies aiming at increasing quality sales outreaches.

Teams Responsibilities:

- Collect data on consumers and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and HubSpot management
- Search companies based in AUSTRALIA or distributors that will exhibit in the given show/Expo/Conference
- Interpret data, formulate reports and build a Sales Navigator list with the best buyer personas
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to our database (HubSpot)
- Provide competitive analysis on various shows list
- Evaluate prograUpgrade to see actual infothodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct

This a newly created role where the successful applicant will need to build out all the processes and then help hire and train the team.

Requirements and skills:

- Must have at least 5 years of lead generation experience using the LinkedIn Platform and other platforms
- At least two year experience in managing a team
- Sales and Marketing experience
- Excellent English command both in speaking and writing
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Excel expert
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Experience in using software’s like zoominfo to find peoples email addresses
- Excellent knowledge in HubSpot, Google Spreadsheets, LinkedIn, Sales Navigator
- Search engines and business research tools acumen
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Proactiveness is key
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
- Problem-solving mindset

Location - Office in Manila (Work from Home for the first 6 months)
Must have your own remote set up (MAC or PC, monitor, reliable internet)
