JOB OVERVIEW

We are a boutique B2B lead gen and business strategy company based in the US. We are looking to add more cold callers and lead gen specialists to our growing team. We offer competitive compensation with unlimited sales/performances bonuses that can significantly increase your earnings potential.

Hours and Availability:
Part-time (20 hours a week) to start; ability to convert to full time (40 hours a week) depending on success and growth in the role. This could happen within the first month.

The hours will be based on US Time Zone.

Responsibilities:
- Engaging in the specified lead generation strategy covering clients in advertising and business development
- Calling and reaching out to prospects daily on LinkedIn with follow-up, sales quotas and KPIs
- Ability to generate and maintain own leads
- Keeping a detailed log of prospects and performance
- Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of executive team
- Collecting data and filling out trackers each day
- Ability and desire to grow with the team and company

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Linkedin Navigator experience is a MUST
- Experience in cold calling and appointment setting
- Experience in CRMs such as Hubspot and Salesforce
- Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
- Must have excellent spoken and written English with minimal accent
- Must have excellent attention to detail. This is crucial. So in order to be considered for this position, you need to write 'Attention To Detail' at the very top/beginning of your cover letter.
- Must have fast reliable internet, noise canceling headset, and webcam
- Must have strong empathy and awareness to have phone and email communication with clients
- Must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic


PAY: $4-5 USD an hour depending on experience and qualifications. Additional unlimited sales and commission bonuses which can realistically double or triple your pay depending on your success.
