Real Estate Transaction Coordinator for Investor

We are looking for an organized, full-time well rounded real estate ALL STAR to join our real estate sales team! Our ideal candidate is extremely organized and has superb customer service skills to make customers feel at ease. They will be those who crave excitement, seek solutions, thrive under pressure and rise to the top. They are highly caring of our sellers and are the type who won't rest until all the loose strings are tied up.

We are a real estate investment company that focuses on buying distressed properties which are almost always more challenging with shorter timelines and bigger problems to solve than “traditional” real estate. This job is for someone who finds being rewarded based on conquering challenges and closing deals thrilling. That being said the atmosphere will be pretty relaxed and hands-on with the owner.

Salary:
$640-$880/month base salary (depending on experience)
$100-$500 per funded transaction based on deal size (no less than 2-7 transactions per month)
+Bonuses for maintaining metrics

Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects of investor/buyer/seller transactions
-Create a sensible organizational system and processes for backend
-Run comps and accurately determine ARV or list price
-Update CRM and maintain MLS
-Manage data spreadsheets, skiptrace, update campaigns
-Lead/Client Management
-Prepare listing or wholesale flyer information
-Prepare written offers, listing packets, manage signatures
-Ensure document, file, and timeline compliance
-Schedule property showings, contractors, and inspections to move the property through our process efficiently
-Act as executive assistant to the owner which in downtime may include personal tasks

Qualifications:
-Must have 2 years real estate or investor experience with transaction coordination being highly valued
-Integrity and respect are mandatory, but wit and humor display intelligence
-Capable of communicating in English effectively in both writing and in person
-Stable and reliable internet with backup options for storms or power outages
-Must be tech savvy enough to solve the problem or contact tech support yourself
-Familiarity with BatchLeads, BatchSMS, Propelio, Resimpli or Calltools is valued, but not required
-College experience preferred but not required to apply

Schedule:
Realistically, this is more like a 30 hour per week job, but being available is more important than being in front of a computer for no reason. Therefore, you will frequently have long lunches, unexpected paid days off, and flexibility for your personal life. However, in exchange we need some flexibility back.

General hours are from 9am to 6pm, however, this is a salaried position for a reason.
