Rockstar CSR with Great Communication Skills

We’re an events based company that offers fun experiences to people for birthday parties, corporate events & bachelor/bachelorette parties. We’re an easy going group that has about 30 active locations across the US and Canada, and we need another person to join our growing Customer Service Team. We are looking for focused and detail oriented individuals who are looking for full time work from the convenience of their home, and can speak comfortably in English!

No post-secondary, degree or diploma required.

Requirements and Description:

Cable/Fast Internet connection required
Full Training is provided (paid training)
Must have excellent customer service & communication skills in English (little to no accent)
Must be reliable and enthusiastic.
Must be detail oriented
Strong preference to those who can type fast & with great multi-tasking skills
Strong preference to those with call-center experience
Full-Time hours (5 days a week, schedule TBD)
We will provide a knowledge base of questions to be familiar with
You will handle calls, emails, and chat - this is how we communicate with our customers
All you need is a headset, computer and your enthusiastic voice
We need someone that’s upbeat, well-spoken and energetic
